A nice cool morning ! To promote healthy lifestyle, 19 deaf and hard of hearing participants went for a long leisurely walk together with 1 hearing. Starting at Seletar Farmway, we went to Live Seafood Farm next to Marine Aquaculture Group, enjoy ice cream cup at $1, then proceeded to Animal Resort where we took photos and finally small plantations ! We continue to walk leisurely to Tang Teahouse for good lunch before heading home ! It was a enjoyable time of chatting, social interaction over walk exercise and food !

Our sincere thanks to Physican Natalie Hong on her sharing on chest pains from TCM perspective on 28th April. We have benefited and learn the various factors that cause chest pains, its acupoint massages that we can do ourselves and the recommended food therapy. It was a great and fruitful session !
